The Purpose of this forum
Casual gamers, hardcore gamers. That much doesn't matter. This is a community for retro gamers who still keep up with the latest games and trends in the gaming industry. All good?
That said, I have a hard time taking myself seriously, letting alone this forum that seriously. I got the idea from a forum called "The Ageing Otaku" (look it up, scumbag). It gave me the inspiration for an emotional niche of mine that needed to be filled.
I do very much hope someone more organized than myself can come along and take care of the nitty-gritty for me. That said, this place doesn't got much else of a vibe. Maybe it'll make one of it's own? We shall have to wait and see.
Tell you friends about me!! Age 25 and up is preferably, but honestly, I'm not picky. 18+ should be the general age.
What else you got going for you, Brosef Stalin?
I'm glad you asked. Aside from gaming, I plan to implement a creative writing, artistry, and RP forum (you heard me, slugs). I'm still getting the hang of managing all of this though, and I probably wont take this place quite seriously until, like, May or something.
The current Date of this post is April 17, 2014. Give me until May to de-suckify this thing. Is that such an irrational deadline? I have a life too, you know.

Aspiring indie game designer who wants to make it Triple AAA. Casual gamer, plays a lot. Retro games are the best. I like both old consoles and cutting edge, but think microtransactions need to be punched in the balls. The best video games tend to be DOS.
What's in this for me if I join?
You get to hang around people who are just as bitter as yourself. And feel really, really good about it. Is there any other better definition of happiness than that?
In conclusion
Dump anything "under the sun" under this one super thread until this forum is not worthless and weak. We'll expand as we go (assuming the powers that be have it in for us to expand at all). I'll make super-posts under this general section until the need arises for us to expand, make more sections. Until then, go drink lots of beer, and then go super Saiyan and kick some ass!!
